Heather Noss has direct experience with how traumatic scams can be. In 2022 her dad was the victim of a very substantial tech support scam. By acting quickly and finding the right help, she helped him recover all of his money. But, she also learned that most other victims never recover a cent.
With extensive expertise in change management and communications, it was iimmediately clear to her that traditional anti-scam messaging was not going to make a dent in the growing scam epidemic.
She realized that awareness alone wasn’t enough—people needed hands-on practice to be able to respond under pressure. So she created this interactive and engaging program to teach lasting, reflex-level defensive skills.
